Shaolin Kungfu
Shaolin Kung Fu is the style of Kung Fu (or martial art) originally developed in the Shaolin Monastery in China. It has a history of about 1500 years and has since derived into various schools such as Lohan, Praying Mantis, Chaquan, Hoong Ka, Wing Choon, Choy-Li-Fatt and many others.
For convenience, Shaolin Kungfu can be categorized into two branches: Northern Shaolin and Southern Shaolin.
Northern Shaolin
In general, Northern Shaolin systems are famous for their use of kicks, mobile footwork and long-reaching attacks. Some examples of Northern Shaolin Kungfu are Chaquan, Changquan, Eagle Claw, Huaquan, Praying Mantis and Tantui.
Southern Shaolin
Southern Shaolin styles are well-known for various forms of hand strikes, stable stances and close-range techniques. Hoong Ka, Wing Choon, White Crane and Choy-Li-Fatt Kungfu are famous examples of Southern Shaolin Styles.
Regardless of whether it is Northern or Southern, Shaolin Kungfu is excellent for enhancing health and vitality, combat efficiency, mental clarity, and joy.

Wahnam Taijiquan
Taijiquan is a famous form of Chinese martial art. The term "Taiji" means "the cosmos", and "quan" is the short form for "quan fa" which means "fist techniques" and refers to what westerners today would term as kungfu.
